I speak to the people involved, look at the current process and separate needs from assumptions. Where it helps, I use AI to organise research, compare requirements and spot questions we still need to answer. We end up with clear requirements and a sensible basis for decisions.

Keep the work organised from brief to handover.
I plan the work, keep decisions and risks visible, coordinate the people involved and follow up on what has been agreed. AI can help with notes, documentation and routine checks, but I review the results. I can manage the whole project or step in at a particular stage.

Website projects involve content, design, technology and decisions from several people. I can write the brief, help choose the right approach, coordinate the work and check it carefully before launch.
